Helen is a Director who specialises in private client work and is based in our St Austell office. She qualified as a Solicitor in 2001 with a local firm, having originally worked in several Financial Institutions in the City.
She carries out Wills, Probate and Trusts work and is particularly interested in assisting with elderly clients and lifetime Tax planning. She has experience in winding up complicated estates and negotiating Inheritance Tax claims with the Revenue.
