We are delighted to announce that Paula Dunkley has joined the firm. Paula deals in all aspects of Commercial property including selling and buying freehold and leasehold property, acquisition of development land including infrastructure agreements for road, services and planning, options and conditional contracts, landlord and tenant, business transfers and bank refinancing.
Paula also has corporate experience working on company sales or acquisitions, joint ventures, shareholder’s agreements and articles of association.
