As of the 8th July 2020, the government introduced new guidelines for Stamp Duty Land Tax. If you purchase a residential property up to the sum of £500,000.00 then there will be no stamp duty payable (unless you are subject to the surcharge rates). These measures will last until the 31st March 2021. Please contact our Property Team on our website for more information.
