Experienced Commercial Property Lawyer

Position: Property Lawyer

We are currently seeking a skilled and self-motivated property lawyer to join our commercial property department.

Role and Responsibilities:

As a property lawyer, you will be responsible for handling various aspects of commercial property matters. Your primary tasks will include:

  • • Managing a diverse caseload of property transactions, including sales, purchases, transfers, and remortgages.
  • • Conducting comprehensive legal research and providing expert advice on property-related matters.
  • • Drafting and reviewing legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
  • • Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and other relevant parties to ensure smooth and efficient completion of transactions.
  • • Undertaking due diligence and title investigations to identify any potential issues or risks.
  • • Overseeing the entire conveyancing process, from initial instructions to post-completion matters.
  • • Keeping up-to-date with changes in property laws and regulations.

Requirements:

To be considered for this position, you should meet the following requirements:

  • • Proven experience working as a commercial property lawyer, with a minimum of two years’ PQE.
  • • Strong knowledge of property law, regulations, and procedures.
  • • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • • Ability to manage a high-volume caseload without supervision.
  • • Effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • • Proficiency in using legal case management software and other relevant tools.
