We are currently seeking a motivated individual looking to start a career in a professional office environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Greet clients, visitors, and employees with a warm and friendly manner.
- Answer incoming calls, direct them to the appropriate individuals, and take messages when necessary.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organised, and presentable at all times.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, scanning, and photocopying documents.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Maintain office supplies inventory as needed.
- Prepare legal documents and correspondence with accuracy.
- Collaborate with colleagues to provide support in various office tasks.
- Learn and utilise office software and equipment effectively.
- Undertake additional duties as assigned to support the smooth operation of the office.
- Provide administrative support to assigned lawyers and the commercial property team.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to legal and ethical standards.
Qualifications and Skills:
To be considered for this position, you should meet the following requirements:
- GCSE or equivalent English and Maths (Grade 4 or above)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Professional and friendly manner with excellent customer service skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and privacy of sensitive information.
- Prior experience in a customer service or office environment is advantageous but not required.

- Coordinate meetings and appointments for lawyers and clients.
- Maintain calendars and manage deadline reminders.
- Conduct legal research, gather relevant information, and compile reports or summaries as required.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, prioritising and responding promptly.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to legal and ethical standards.
